Full-stack Engineer

We're building the loop that turns care feedback into owned action and evidence: capture, themes, actions and an audit trail. As an early engineer you'll own features end to end, from the QR journeys people scan on the wall to the exports a manager hands an inspector.

You'll work across the stack in a small team, shipping quickly and carefully, close to real care providers and to the founders.

• Build and ship features across the frontend and backend.
• Design pragmatic data models for feedback, themes and actions.
• Care about performance, accessibility and reliability on real devices in real care settings.
• Help shape our technical direction as the team grows.

• Strong full-stack experience across a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack and a relational database.
• A bias for shipping, and for the simplest solution that works.
• Care for quality, testing and maintainability.
• Happy in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
