Accessibility Statement

This statement applies to the Viewee website and platform at viewee.co.uk.

1. Our commitment

We want as many people as possible to be able to use Viewee. That means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings;
  • zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen;
  • navigate most of the site using a keyboard or speech-recognition software;
  • listen to most of the site using a screen reader (including recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).

We’ve also tried to make the text as simple to understand as possible. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

2. How accessible Viewee is

Most of Viewee has been built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. A small number of known issues remain, listed below, and we are working to resolve them. If an assessments there are no known issues, say so here.

3. Reporting a problem or asking for another format

If you find a problem that isn’t listed here, or you need information from Viewee in a different format (for example accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio or braille), contact us:

4. Compliance status

Choose one, delete the others, and only after an audit

  • (a) Viewee is fully compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
  • (b) Viewee is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
  • (c) Viewee is not compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. The non-compliances are listed below.

5. Non-accessible content

The known issues we are working on: For example: some images do not have text alternatives, so screen-reader users cannot access the information. This fails WCAG 2.2 criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content). We plan to fix this by 6 July 2026.

6. What we’re doing to improve

We test new features for accessibility before release and are working through the known issues above, aiming for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. For example: we are reviewing key areas and aim to reach full WCAG 2.2 AA by 6 July 2026. New content is checked against accessibility standards before it is published.

7. How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 6 July 2026 and last reviewed on 6 July 2026. Viewee was last tested on 6 July 2026 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. Testing was carried out by our own teamusing a combination of automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. We review this statement at least once a year.
