Introducing Viewee: one connected loop, from voice to visible progress
Feedback in care shouldn't end at collection. Viewee connects what people say to what changes, and keeps the evidence.
Today we're opening Viewee to care providers across the UK.
Viewee started with a simple observation: care services are full of feedback and short of follow-through, not because teams don't care, but because nothing connects the comment on a Tuesday afternoon to the action that should come from it, or the action to the record that proves it happened.
So we built one loop. Voice, residents, families and staff share feedback through QR codes, links and mobile-friendly forms, openly or anonymously, with nothing to download. Theme, recurring feedback becomes visible as patterns, so attention goes where it's needed first. Action, themes become owned actions with a name and a date. Evidence, what changed is recorded, connected back to what prompted it, and exportable when families or quality reviewers ask.
We've built it to fit around how care already works, not to add another system to feed: start with printed QR codes and a link, and connect more deeply as your needs grow. It's priced per site with everything included, and it starts free, 14 days, no card, cancel anytime.
We're a small team at the beginning of this, and we're building Viewee with the people who use it. If you run or work in a care service and something's missing, tell us, it's rather the point.

Most services don't have a listening problem, they have a keeping problem.
ReadInspectors don't just ask whether you gather feedback. They ask what changed because of it.
